On 98? and up trucks, there is no VSS per se. The sensor in the rear diff also plays that role. If you go looking around the trans/transfer case (4wd) for it, you aren't gonna find it.

yup, that is the also the VSS.... thats what your abs/brake lights on the dash are telling you so you'll get 2 birds stoned at once by replacing that sensor

I'll throw up some after I get the brush guard installed. also needs MOAR MUD.



Installed the abs sensor in the pumpkin, truck is drinking less fuel, and accelerating better. Still has all the go power of a brick though LOL.

Took off the headache rack and put on the brush guard.

I seem to be the only one who thinks truck is purple. Everyone else sees a dark blue. Either way, I like it . I'm gonna take it to the Oregon Dunes in two weeks!
