THAT IS A RIDICULOUS PRICE FOR THAT CUMMINS!! holy crap people think "hey cummins is a really good motor that will last a long time." So they put it up for 5000 more than its worth forgetting that the dodge body will fall apart around it 174k is alot of friggin miles on the rest of the drivetrain and the suspension, steering, axles, hubs, etc.. good god people are crazy. same thing with the 7.3 powerstroke. i said screw it like 10 minutes after i started looking at diesels

I plow snow and I really like a solid axle for the plow. I was thinking a 3rd gen 3/4 ton. I want something newer with fewer than 196,000 miles. Do the 4th gen 3/4 tons have ifs? I thought I was reading they do. I love my rcsb! I really thought I would hate it when I bought it but it has really grown on me. I have the other intake sitting on my bech half done to fix my plenum. I was planning a tune kit after I get that done. I was also planning on 4.56 gears for those 285/75's instead of the 3.54's!! I'm going in saturday to talk to them so we'll see what we come up with. A guy at work bought a 03 three years ago for 8k. It's the st model with the 4.7 i believe That's got me really rethinking the price. I have a price of 12k before trade no more. I'll keep you informed.

Going rate around here for an '03 Hemi QCSB 4x4 is right at $12,500 so anything under that would be a very good price.
Not many tuning options for the '03, but it doesn't have an EGR and a lot of emissions crap that the '04+ Hemis have plus with it being the only year that you can do the TMR delete mod, I question just how much you need a tuner anyway...

My first truck as an 04 Hemi. If you do get a Hemi... Get an 04, not an 03. Plus with 15 grand, you might as well just spend 6 more and get a 3rd Cummins or a 2nd gen cummins.... Just sayin!
Either way man, its your money. Do what ever the **** you want with it but that 15g for an 03 is WAAAAYYYY too friggin much.
