If I could trade my truck the way it sits for a ext cab long bed, with a cummins and had to add maybe 3k, I wouldnt think twice about even if I had to start all over again.
If I had 5k and could get a newer one I would do it too, hopefully my next truck will a 3rd gen 2500 with the cummins but that may take 5 years, I have drove a 3500 with 24.5s and a chip and that things was beast, took off like a freight train and felt like you were driving a monster truck, the bed was about 3 inches lower than a chevy that is sittin on 40's
