Default Custom Bumpers

Hey Guys.... gonna be finishing up with my new bumper soon and I will post up some pics as soon as it's bolted up and the lights are installed . In the mean time if you have a custom bumper and would like to post up a picture here for us all to see that would be great . I could use some ideas in case i want to add to it before paint .

I just got this one yesterday. I need to do some work to it before I mount it. It has tabs for lights on the backside so they will shin through the expend steel in the middle.

Heres the one on the truck I'm building. I did the bends for the guy I bought it from.

Here's the one on my Expy which I like better because its tied into the engine cage. Its been tested on 3 occasions now. Got to test it out again last weekend when I landed nose down off a jump. Oh well, aluminum is cheap!

Yes, both of my bumpers are 1.75in .120 wall DOM. Skid plate is 3/16th or .25 Aluminum. Whichever I have laying around. I destroy the one on my expedition quite frequently. lol

Well took a lot longer than expected with all the weather and my damn job getting in the way , but the bumper is finally finished fabrication . Put the first coat of paint on it today and I have the relays and wiring finished for my 6" lights . Should be all installed on Monday Evening when I will post some more pictures . I know some are going to hate it but I love it ! [IMG][/IMG]

They are cut with a computerized plasma cutter at a steel shop i used to work at . I have a friend who still works there and he ran the program through . The 6" holes were cut with a hole saw and drill press . It's going to look a lot better with the lights in it and a truck behind it . Can't wait .
