We have the same gearing 4.56. Thats why i asked. Same as the kegger for the low end. I just may keep the kegger and put 600 towards some other go-fast parts.

Hey Drew,

Any chance that Bruce sent you these:

http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/fuel-...rs/?itemid=116
PN: Bosch 0280156028

He was supposed to send these:

http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/fuel-...rs/?itemid=113
PN: Bosch XF2E

The first ones are 24# injectors for the V10. He might have mixed them up. Check the PN.

he sent me the second ones.. the pic makes the lower o-rings look aqua, but they are in fact green as green can be.. but those are definitely the ones he sent.

After HemiFever hooked me up with a tune that cuts back, the truck doesn't have a single issue. I can't wait to see what the gauge tells me when I get it on there. I bet he's pretty close. I'm not going deep into the throttle until I can get that reading..

I don't know that I gained any low end, but I'm sure I didn't lose any..

the biggest motivation for me to do this mod was the lack of plenum pan/gasket.. I will never have to worry about it again- and that is a nice peace of mind.. I should have taken a pic, but I figured a mod would have to remove it if I did, but on the valley cover of the intake, and whilst I had my dremmel in hand- I made a little inscription..

that inscription reads: $#&$ a Plenum Gasket!!

Flooring it from a stop felt the same to me down low with stock gears (airgap vs. kegger).
Lug...1000 rpm, lug 1300 rpm, lug 1500 rpm, lug 1700 rpm, perk up 2000 rpm, perk up a little more 2300 rpm, wake up 2500 rpm, scream 3000 rpm.....

do you think the airgap would be a good buy before the gears ? i have the 600 to bun now but dont have 2300 anytime soon. should i just save for the gearing and still keep the kegger ?

I don't have any complaints about it and I would buy it again.
If you want to keep saving for gears then you could just mod the keg.

stick it on the bottom of the hat.. between the inner filter surface and the TB.. it's harness wiring will reach a decent distance.. that there wee lil trick will net you a pony or two in and by itself.
