I am a jerk
Saturday, i was helping a buddy with his Broncos. He has two, one with a mild built 5.0 and another with a stock 5.8. I registered for a bronco forum and asked some questions
HOWEVER, they do not allow you to post a topic unless you have 30 posts. So I had to hijack one. Well, looks like I picked a fight with their MOD who has been a member since 2003. I didn;t notice that in the beginning.
But it is not that bad. I got into a pissing contest in a ford forum. They were just pissed that someone with 1 post called someone out their first day.

I would be pissy if my generation truck only had ONE YEAR of ODB II.

Might wanna point out to Mr. "I built my own fuel injection system" that his 60 pound injectors on a 300 horse motor would be so rich at idle, it wouldn't run worth crap, simply because even at minimum pulse width, it would STILL be dumping too much gas.
If you could just slam any injector, into any motor, and expect them to 'work', there would only BE one size of injector......

"Board Wars" are not tolerated here or elsewhere. Posts that taunt or are otherwise inflammatory against other sites will be removed. Also, anyone found to be making inflammatory posts and remarks on other forums (starting Flame/Board Wars) can and will loose their posting privileges here. This rule also applies to those that, for whatever reason, feel a need to post negative remarks about this site on other forums. If you do, don't expect to be welcome here.

Turning off the injectors would cause the engine to stop running..... Injectors also have a MINIMUM flow rate. If that rate is greater than what is required for correct mixture at low RPM, you WILL run rich. No tuner in the world can fix that. That is why we have injectors with various flow rates. If it was a 'one size works for all', there would be no reason to HAVE different rates.

Fords are much easier tuned then our trucks. I have a setup for my stang that I can tune everything myself and I can see everything in real time. This one setup will work on a number of differnt models not just my one stang. I have the Tweecer RT but they make a cheaper version

Oh and what he said was true a 302 lower intake won't work on a 351. The 351 is wider
