That is not how they disabled Cash for Clunkers vehicles. The engine had to be pulled and filled with an epoxy like substance.....

Yup. Motors had to be completely trashed, beyond any possible repair, I'm not sure if they had to destroy it but I don't think they could even sell the transmissions, actually I'm not sure if they were allowed to sell any of the car for parts.

It had to be crushed.

Isn't that the same thing as searching, finding your problem in a 4 year old thread, posting in that thread, and than everyone bitching because you dug up a 4 year old thread?
