Im not stupid i know what power to weight ratio is!!! ITS A 1991 tho. Its a under powered POS!! One point of this dragrace is to show that these older acura motors dont hold up like some of these magnum motors. Just because its way lighter doesent mean its gonna win. it still needs to have a certaint amount of power to be faster than my truck, get that? Oh and another thing, its a 1.8 4cyl. origional engine. go to dragtimes.com. look at every 1991 acura integra that ran a 15 second quarter mile and slower, they all have b18s which if im not mistaking means 1.8l. so do a little info before you call me a hillbilly

and i dont think all those people swapped b18s into there cars!

All im saying is your wrong about that car not coming with a b18, because it did, and i understand power to weight ratio. it makes perfect sense, and what you said about it makes sense. the car is just not fast. maybe elivation, traction and temp had something to do with it. iv riden in that car tho and it just does not have the ***** my ram does. early 90s 4 cly cars are slow unless they have a realy tight engine, some mods, and a five speed. i understand if i line up with a 95 gsr integra 5 speed i would get my *** kicked.

I second the opinion that the 1st gen 'Teggy's are slower, they are...big time.
I am rather surprised how bad to beat on him though....

My wife's 5.3 yukon is faster than my modded 5.9. But that 5.3 has WAY more power than a 5.9.

And before the yukon my wife had a Hemi Cherokee. That was faster than my 5.9.

Funny thread...

Racing can be a good judge of power to each owner(s), but our trucks are not racin machines, they are built to work, not race unless of course you buy the SS version, but even then, they are still a brick goin down the strip or highway...just sayin

I love to race, and my Ram does a great job pulling my race machines around to perform
