Default Your Plans For 2011

So what do you plan on doing to your truck this year?

My plans are as follows
1. Install the front end kit I just bought(ball joints, tierods, idler, pitman)
2. If I can convince the parents 3in spindles and an add-a-leaf will also be installed
3. Install 4.10 gears, still have to order them, my dad is paying for them
4. adjust my front bumper
5. Finish the interior, have the headliner to clean up and recover with camo, new floormats in camo.
6. New speakers after 14 years of service the stock infinity's are starting to show some wear...still not blown though(replacing with reference series)
7. Put some red lights and strobes in the cab
8. New tires will be in order in the not to distant future never thought I would put 13k on my truck in 6 months(either bfg all terrains or nitto dune grapplers
9. Replace valve covers, and pull off intake to have a looksee

hopefully this will all be done before summer

Headlights need fixed..... (replaced...)
Tires.
Drivers Door needs replaced. That's gonna be fun......
Having a spare tire wouldn't be a bad plan either.
Maybe some body work if I have a place to do it, and can get the parts cheap enough.
Gears? That would be cool, but, not gonna hold my breath.
Locker? Same as above.

Hmmm... I've only planned through the middle of the year:

Shocks all the way 'round
Leaf spring anti-squeak kit
Doug Thorley Tri-Y headers
E-fans
Mag-Hytec diff covers
Front seats, headliner, instrument cluster bezel
Factory radio w/CD player, and fix the speaker in the driver door
Paint and body work, with a new sport grille color-matched, all new door/window seals
Buckstop Outback front bumper, matching rear bumper, lights in their buckets
Window tinting and rear window graphic
New wheels

And of course to install the gauges and pods that I've got lying around waiting on the round tuit.

A rear locker is on the maybe list, might be a second half of the year thing to do.

375HP 360 Magnum Crate Engine
Stage III MegaViper Trans
Custom brilliant black paint job

Yeah I wish, maybe a few years down the road...

-Need to install new Rough Country steering stabilizer
-need to install a outer tie rod end
-Ceramic coated headers and a custom 3in y-pipe would be nice....
-install new Recon smoked cab lights
-diff fluid change and paint cover
-Derale deep trans pan and Check valve delete
-custom upholstered Black leather seats front and back with Black Betty stitched in the headrest
-build new custom center console

Probably missed a few small things, but I am hoping to have all of this done by by birthday in June...or at the latest by August before the Mopar Nats.

-Get rid of all that orange crap off the front of my truck
-Steering Box
-Steering Shaft
-SCT Tuner
-Buy a John Deere and re-build my trailer
-Airgap if I can stomach buying stuff from Hughes

Something unexpected will break and I'll fix that, but thats a given with a Dodge.

well. I really need to work on my other truck to feel good about my self. But I really need to do a anti-siphon delete before my tranny craps out. I may get a tuner as well to give the green beast a lil snort. but other than that I'll have to work on my ol 5100.

if you have not done your plenum yet, the airgap is awesome ive grown to love it ! sounds nasty too on both ends .

also how you like the dakota M/T , im afraeid to buy pep boy tires but if there good for you i was considering it. i just want them to last longer than my last pair of m/t.

my plans are to save for gears ! dunno if im going 4.10 or 4.56 .

or i may just get a LSD for my 3.55
its too easy to do a burnout with the open rear end and it hard to use my power the way i want too

Well the tires do great in mud, there quite for a M/T, most of my riding offroad is on rock roads and no punctures and the tread has held together pretty darn good.....thats the good

Now the bad....they have 13k on them and Im looking for another 10k and think I will get it, they are about half tread.....but then again spinning tires just comes natural with the power of a magnum, but I knowingly bought them expecting to get 15k out of them....but now I think I will get me some all-terrains and not worry about mileage

And yea the airgap is so tempting and I have thought about doing it a couple times, but its going to be hard to get up $600 anytime soon, depends on whats going on when the birthday comes around
