Default more top end power

Hey guys, so im just wondering how to get more top end power, like more power after 60mph. the 0-60 in my truck i love, and its easy to get more toque, but it suffers when it starts to rev. Iv already done plenum and complete tune up.

Press the pedal harder? I'm drawing a blank here. Use it as a truck and dont race it.

the airgap made a huge diffrence for me , no power at all with the kegger after 3k. airgap helps with both low and top end.

also if you dont have the sct thats a must ! ! that will make the best improvement

Airgap, SCT, 14x3 or CAI with a large filter, 52mm throttle body, Harland Sharp 1.7 roller rockers, smaller tires or lower gear ratio (numerically higher).
