It was his accent. Hes Canadian and I cant understand what he is saying half the time. I find it ubsurd that he is yelling at me too.

I don't think he's yelling, it might be his high pitched voice. He used to be a shop teacher at the high school in Smiths Falls, Ontario. Really nice guy if you ever get to meet him.
