Current bid is like 2500 and some change... might actually be able to get it for a reasonable price. the 10 grand value is in its UNwrecked form.

Not sure if you could use your bumper, etc, to fix that one though....... Could sell your 1500 to pay for the necessary parts to fix the oil burner though, and probably still have money in your pocket.

It would make a great little plow truck. I just rebuilt the front end about a month ago. The rust isn't to bad but its bad enough to make my eyes sore. I have some pics of it posted in my garage.

Actually, his truck is in better shape than mine..... Regular Cab short bed. Looks to me like it would make an excellent plow truck.

It doesnt "look" to bad of shape, have you looked at it in person? and not the "53" block if that was the year? and read this if you havent already kinda going in blind....http://www.salvagetrucksauction.com/...nto-California At the time the vehicle arrived at Copart's facility, Copart verified that the vehicle (i) started, (ii) could be put into gear, and (iii) was capable of moving forward under its own power. There is no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the vehicle is in roadworthy condition or can be driven lawfully upon the highways of any state. There is no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the vehicle will (i) start, (ii) drive, or (iii) move forward under its own power at the time the vehicle is picked up at Copart's facility. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate the vehicle prior to bidding on it. Once the vehicle is removed from Coparts premises, the buyer accepts the vehicle "as is".
