Made a decision, for a better life.
well ive taken everyones advice...
I eat like a banshee now....i eat about 6 small meals a day, and some in between small stuff....i eat a spoonful of honey and peanut butter before my workouts, and in the past 8 days, i have gained 7 lbs. and thats with weighing myself right in the morning so i know its accurate.........im liking this motavation i have.
