Whats up guy's hows everybody doing with there trucks and life and all that jazz. I still have my 3rd gen cummins haven't modded it to much, only things I have done are a cummins plate and running lights down the side and a smarty tuner lol.

 

Just got my transmission flushed yesterday. My trucks drives like a dream now. Shifts wonderfully. Now I need to do my radiator and recharge my AC and when i have the money I have to fix all my evap leaks. I got about three CEL codes for my evap system.

Its been a hell of a good truck so far. I'm getting 16 around town where i was getting 10-12 in the white truck. Took it on a high way trip was doing 80 both ways threw MTS and on the way home I had some funinter in the back got 18mpg... it halls *** and rolls coal thanks to that smarty tuner.

It's funny I can watch traffic drive around the smoke cloud. A few weeks ago I was towing about 10K and blew smoke clean threw some guys car at a light when I was trying to pull up the hill from the light, man that was pretty funny my bud next to me was laughing has *** off.

The truck is just an all around tank, I love it but hate the payments!!! And the 4.29 a gallon diesel and gas is 3.99 a gal.

Dad also loves the truck I let him take it one day to work, he blew the doors of an explorer that was trying to cut him off. 50-90 is an amazing ride it just pulls and pulls and keeps on trucking!!! Its a real blast. I'm glad I got the truck.

Oh and I still have the white one but its on the chopping block. Its gotta go. Weird thing is that it started acting up. The wipers act all weird now and smoke blows from the A/C vents event when nothing is on... I have no idea whats up with the truck.

 

Glad to hear the new truck is treating you good, I know it might be a sin but get rid of the old one so you upgrade the new truck some more

My RAM has needed ALOT of repairs and still needs repairs....but i work for a tow company now, and i can bring it in the garage and have the work done that i needed and have the money deducted out of my check over weeks....but im trying to catch up on bills first before i go into the truck...

My highway milage is great averageing about 19mpgs at 65 mph...but my in town is around 10-11mpgs which sucks since i live in the city and theres alot of stop and go....but i take my tow truck home most nights...ive put about 25 miles on my RAM the past 2 1/2 weeks so its not bad.

 

Wrecked the Cummins yet? Hmmm rolling coal? I see engine repairs in your future.

I keep the tuner on a tame level its set on 3 which is 30hp and timing.

 

I haven't added much to the truck other then a couple intake stuff and a gauge pod which I still gotta hook up,

If you don't mind me asking which smarty you get the jr. or the s-06POD? I think that might be my need mod.
