The rack is a Big Sky Rack, holds 2 long guns with very fast access. I got turned onto them when I was doing some consulting work my local Police Department, they use a single gun version of it in patrol cars. The thing I like best about it is it keeps the guns out of sight, above the window line. About the only way you can see them from outside the truck is to press your face to the window and look straight up.
I paid right at $80 for this dual gun model at local gun shop, it's all over the 'net for about that price, maybe $10 cheaper depending on where you look.

you know a girl comes along about once every year and gets immediately mauled. its no wonder they leave after a week or two.
last year was horsewoman from colorado who's roomate had a truck.
year before that was the girl from WV with the green truck with a bad t-case.
year before that was ? somebody...
year before that was cowgirl from texas with the white 2wd.

This has happened on pretty much every forum I have been on that is predominately male. Even if the women say that they won't get scared off.....

Ya know, I try not to doubt people, but lotsa women on here talk big, like they are going to stay and learn about stuff....then leave. Its downright annoying. No nice women on this forum...

When cmiller gets her Ram then she will want to stick around so she can save her bank account from the money grubbing repair shops and fix the common problems on it herself. She seems like the type of girl that wouldn't mind getting a little grease under her fingernails.

I think shes a nice chick and all, but I don't imagine she will stay.

Sheriff420 is right- When I get my truck I will need to know how to fix it and what to do to it to get it exactly the way I want it.

Everyone I talk to offline think I'm crazy for wanting a lifted 4x4 truck that lets everyone knows when I'm coming or going but you guys love the idea! Feels like I've finally found home!
