Default Living in Maine!

as most of you know i recently moved to Maine...well back home i should say...

My truck did ok towing the 6x10 trailer packed with my stuff.....averaged about 6.5mpg on a 284 mile trip..............

but i hit Boston, and i still have a piece left in my cat from when i hollowed it...well in boston traffic, the piece decided to plug my exhaust....i lost ALL power, was in bad traffic, and was going uphill.......needless to say, i had to pull over drop the exhuast and punch out the piece.....other then that pretty smooth trip...didnt really use overdrive....i was in 3rd going about 63mph the whole time...

but on the fourth day here i already got a job...working as a mechanic in a garage...its very laid back...we do everything....im being taught to weld...ive been taught how to do professional body work...and still learning...its me, the owner, and one other guy that work here, and ive been there for 2 weeks, and this guy has ALOT of work...we have work all the time, so theres not much standing around....

Im allowed to work on my truck in the garage, which is cool....going to do my doors and rocker panals right, and weld in new pieces, we are looking into getting my a/c going on thursday...and i have to do a compression check tomorrow since ive never checked it

BY THE WAY, this weekend, i went camping, which was a blast, but my truck turned 210,000 miles......still running strong!

life is great here

I'm not far behind ya, it cracked 190k this weekend, driving to a Rascal Flatts concert, which wasn't even that great...

I got him already this year at WMZQ fest. I like him but if he was more original, i'd like him better. I'm referring to of course the song he re-did "Dirt Road Anthem" originally by Brantley Gilbert and Colt Ford. And "My Kinda Party" which was also written by Brantley.

Gotta love the 6 concerts in lawn seats for 120 total lol
