Default Looking at a truck

My grandfather is one of those people that changes his vehicle every couple months. He can never choose what he really likes. Well, yesterday he told me his friend who owns a used car lot (same place I bought my truck at too) has a '99 1500 quad cab 5.9. It has 29,000 original miles, a plow (which is what kind of scarring me). Apparently it spent it's life in a heated garage and only plowed the owner's driveway. I know but hopefully we are going to go look at it today. Anything to really look for?

Low miles for sure. Doubt it was used to plow a lot of those miles

Wow, that could be a real deal. Same as ever on what to look for though, check the plenum, and drive it kinda hard, and see how the trans reacts.

Check for rust considering it has a plow and might have been spreading SALT.

Well, thanks for the info everyone. But, today he woke up and said never mind. They wanted too much. So he started looking on ebay and around. He'll end up finding one probably, he likes mine, just not lifted. But, like I said he changes every couple months anyways.
