Things I've left on my bumper.
I've ran over so many cells doing this.
the keys to my truck. After i unlocked my camper top (or as I call it, sleek chick magnet, or as my wife calls it, "grampa top.") I put my keys on the bumper to keep them there while I was unloading my truck from an autozone trip. Anyone else ever go to change their oil and realize that your darn catch can is full.
I "lost" my keys, but they were hidden because you can't see the bumper when your tailgate is down. I wanted to start her up and let the oil cycle. So after 2 hours of looking for my keys I figured, "Lets close her up." Then VIOLA, my keys were found when I lifted the tailgate.

I put my laptop on the roof of my truck and drove out of a parking lot. i was loading my truck up, was in a rush from work, and put it up there to get some bags in the back seat. Left it on there, when I made a turn the laptop slid off the left side, into the left lane.
As if seeing the laptop hit the ground was bad enough, a silverado ran over my laptop. And not just any silverado....the ones that were made during the 2ndgen ram era. Sweet irony.
