I don't even think his truck will start. And no, his headlights don't work, I'm thinking they got swept off the road by the tow truck operator.

Well I can't say about anything in the truck, but judging purely by the mangled mess of the front end, I doubt it.

1990 never had a 7.3 power stroke it was just a non turbo 7.3littler IDI diesel... power strokes didn't come out till 94

1993 did have a idi turbo diesel but it wasn't a powers troke...

i use to work at a diesel profromance shop i've worked on and driven alot of diesel trucks

if you do want a diesel and if u want a ford go for a 94-97 7.3 powerstroke.. or a 99-03 7.3 powerstroke. the 6Liters are not that great but i have seen some with up to 300k so its a guessing game...

Chevy/gmc: early d-max from 00-02 had some problems but 03 -07 are amazing

dodges i don't like the 6.7s but there are alright but 87-91 had non intercooled 12vs and 92-93 had intercooled 12vs and then 94-98.5 were 12vs there all pretty good motors

 

The 6.7's have a life expectancy (from the manufacturer, mind you) of 450,000 miles. That's amazing. I know that 5.9's have run that long and much much longer in many cases, but for the FACTORY to claim this is very impressive. I won't be surprised when i see million mile 6.7's 10 years from now.

 

yeah 6.7s aren't a bad motor i just don't like them... when i buy my 2nd cummins its gonna a 2006 5.9CRD mega cab... i've had a 94 12v with 480k and it was a good truck till it caught fire wires under the dash melted some how

It was a 90's model, not 1990, in the 1990-1999 range, I already deleted the link for it since they're fixing mine, I don't remember the exact year, but it was advertised as a 7.3L PowerStroke. Doesn't mean it is, just what they're saying it is.
