What thickness of steel did you use for the bumper? I need new bumpers and my MIG welder is getting lonely.

Looks pretty good man. Looks like a lot of work went into it. How long did it take start to finish?
And I'm curious, how does the liner take to dirt and grime and being washed compared to regular automotive paint?

Mostly 16 ga , then 1/4 channel for the mounts .

Start to finish was about a month, I was without a truck for a month, mind you it did not get worked on everyday either .
I will let you know how well it cleans up after I get it back together and it gets it's first mud bath !

Thanks!!! I love it ! , Washed it for the first time today, had a lot of oil undercoating on the paint as well as road salt and it washed clean with a pressure washer , no scrubbing....I'm impressed . Mud will be the real test .
