Ok newbie to the 1500 Ram. When i bought the truck i had no noises when it shifted in 4H. Now i get a grinding noise in 4H on the drivers side. Only does it when it is in 4x4. is it the Hub making the noise?

Hub or Ujoint. Inspect both, see what you find. These guys have unit bearings in the front.... so, failure isn't that uncommon.
