what do u think about 3rd/4th gen wheels on a 2nd

idk how he is gettinga good deal.. he just recently spent 1000 dollars on his tires back in april. and then once we trade he when need to spend another 1300+ for some tires.. so i'm happy cause i don't buy new tires..
i tend to replace my wheels each time my tires wear out.. so i'm sure i'll be trading wheels again in a few months lol
