I think you have made an improvement, you put on more aggressive tire's during this test which should have cost you mpg. You say it's the same so thats a good thing. You also had tangled spark plug wires.

Good point's

Yup, everything's been the same, crazy thing is with my job on Monday and Friday I drive about 270 miles start to finish, in my wife's '02 Century it takes a 1/2 tank, according to the gauge, in the truck, which I used for this twice now, it consistently takes 5/8's a tank, again, according to the gauge...

I don't see how you could possibly know if you are getting better fuel economy or not. You've gone playing in mud holes at least twice on this tank. LOL...

Gonna keep on eye on the plugs and read what they say..

I know this was a previous comment, but it's worth mentioning to all readers:

It's tough to read plugs on an EFI engine, tougher still when using an additive. Don't use that as a measuring stick of anything unless they are completely melted or not firing at all. The computer will constantly adjust fuel and spark based on driving conditions, so what the plug shows will 99% of the time read great as long as the O2 sensor functions correctly.

I got a half mile per gallon less on the initial fill up. On the second tank now.
