Alright, thanks guys.
I was GOING to make adjustments to the bar (grinding, drilling, yanking it straight...) today to get it prepped for paint, but....old man winter has decided to dump 2 in of rain on me...so that plan goes out the door. lol

*thread bump*
Got my lights partially wired up. Any ideas on how to wire it to the relay? Or how to run the wires out of the PDC box?

Good job, but I think I would have at least painted it with a can of black Rustoleum...

Yeah, I am not done yet. That's the beauty of the setup, I can unclip the wires from the lights, unbolt the bar and it's off. Which is what I will do for paint here soon once I have tested the durability of the setup.

I finished all my wiring last night. Started the truck up, kicked the lights on and no fires. W00t!

Drove out into the street a little while ago, hit the lights and WOW! Bright. Only 55 watts and sooo much brighter than my high beams.

You wouldn't believe the difference an extra set of lights makes. Obviously the pair of 130 watters on my truck are bright as hell, but the 55w Hellas I keep on the light bar I made for the Jeep have about a 300% farther reach and about double the beam width than my high beams.

Hell, even the pair of 35 watt, $12 off Amazon.com cheapy lights I stuck on the front of my fishing rig make a HUGE difference...

Yeah, these are $15 northerntool lights. 3 1/2 in diameter.
Great thing about them is that they are great for a first install IMO. Because they are cheap to replace if your screw something up or are driving down he road and they get broken.
