I have this same problem and I have tried about three different cleaning kits and none of them seem to work..is it possible that my headlights are permanently oxidized? or is there a cleaning kit that has worked for you that you would recommend?
Yeah I just used a polish I found in my garage laying around.....I had some moisture in my lights, so i took the housings out, stuck them in the oven on 125 for an hour (ghetto methods ), then worked on it with polish for a while. Mines a 2002, but i doubt yours would react differently.
