H.i.d. Foglights (picture heavy)
So I recently purchased a set of hid off-road fog lights from another member on this forum, they are 6" black metal housings with internal ballasts and 6000k bulb.
Heres a pic of the old lights compared to the new
So first off I had to find a wiring diagram, relays and a in-line fuse.
(i took a picture of the relay harness at advanceauto)
I then mounted them to my brush guard, after they looked about even I took them apart and sealed the housing from the inside using a product called "GOOP"
Heres a picture of them both mounted and sealed
While the housing were I snapped a couple pics of the bulb
And heres a pic of them installed and wired up
Night pics
Just my headlight l.e.d.'s
L.e.d.'s and h.i.d.'s
I still have to get a couple pics from the drivers seat and of the relay and switch.
Next week im gonna get some 6000k h.i.d. Headlights from ddmtuning.com, ive been looking at the full size raptor kit for $30, but im not sure if the bi-xenon bulbs are worth the extra $20.

Ok so I was cleaning up the wiring today and snapped a few pics
I mounted the relay For the foglights on the drivers side firewall
I also solder and heat shrinked every connection just to give it a little insurance in bad weather
I also rewired all my accessories to the side post of my optima battery
And heres the switches custom mounted in the overhead console I got from a junkyard (i also installed l.e.d. In the map lights)
switches turned on, driver side switch is foglights, passenger side switch is for the l.e.d. Running lights
