5.13's are perfect, can't ask for anything better. 5.13's are good to like 40 inch tires.

here is the rear end you need to go with it.

I can run larger, but I haven't thought that far. Being deep enough is the ticket.

I replied to that post on the dana 80 for the heck of it. ty

I will actually be traveling through that area (depending on where though) in a couple months.

Dana 80 will be hard to break, but parts for it are not going to be easy to find. I like 60's front and rear because they can be built to handle HUGE power and tires, and every off road upgrade part imaginable is available for them. Yukon 35 splines anyone?

Congrats on getting a deal, and on a HIGH PINION!!! That's the ticket man. I'm curious what you paid?

Yea I'd run a 60 u can get parts cheap for it and build it to handle tires and more pwr, like 35pline chromo shafts an a locker, and u can get a 60 dirt cheap,

14 bolt would be a good axle to from the factory their rated to handle like 1000lb ft of torque, I could be wrong on that number but I know its up there, and the after market is huge for em to!

Is that 60 a super 60 (35 spline inners n outers)? How much ya pay for it?

N I'd ditch the stock coil setup an run coilovers

I get what you are "meaning" with what I highlighted in red, but it just doesn't read right.

I paid better than the average.

Yeah...cheap parts are the way to go. Actually not. Unsure about what you consider "cheap" for a 60 since they are the most desirable axles no matter front/rear. I presume you've seen what I've seen at the other site, so not sure what you mean.

I've commented on 14 bolt previously. You did too, but seemed overzealous.

Sure, hand me ~$2500 for new coilovers and the bracketry to get them installed.

This is going to be a low budget boulder buster. I'm not on a schedule so i can wait for the right price. 5.13 gears are not a dime a dozen gears in axles. I have a lofty goal of running the Rubicon, but it's going to be a real biiiiznitch no matter what. LOL
