3rd gen badges will look pretty sweet on a 2nd gen!
I see, I haven't been down in that area for a long time, I used to go down to that area every other weekend it seemed when I rodeoed, you have all the action in the south, lol.
I'm 60 mi north of Sioux City, but its the closest "big" city haha

Yeah some 3rd gen badges, maybe some 3rd gen wheels some day would look pretty good.

Yeah you can usually find things to do down here. If you can put up with the husker fanatics that is

I 2nd this input. Additionally, if you do make the rig comparable to what a PW is, then you're just that much closer right? I don't recall all the features but I thought a PW was at least a 2500.

Yea but there ain't much difference between the 2500s and us lesser folk, hell really the only 1/2 ton specific part left on my truck other than the frame is my axles

I'm keeping my eyes open for a set of 2500 axles at a reasonable price. Since you brought it up, I always wondered is there much of a difference between the 1500 and 2500 frames?

Not much. Iirc the only difference was the ones that came with the v10 or Cummins.and those were boxed just a little bit more. Can't be that much different if you can put a 12 valve in a half tonand supe it up with out twisting the frame
