Just remember, the only things open after midnight are legs and bars.

I've always driven straight through Atlanta and it's usually better than going on the bypass. If u go on a bypass go 285 west. 285 east goes way out of the way. Mcdonough is a little ways south of Atlanta and the summit store is there. 600 miles in a day isn't far to me though. I'd drive straight through. It took me 11 hours to go from fl to tn (660 miles) pulling a decent sized trailer with 2 kids and my dog going about 60-65 MPH. By myself in my car is about 8-9 hours but I don't stop much. Just give everything on the truck a good once over and take a few spare parts and fluids and you'll be good to go.

lol i may stop there just for ****s and giggles, just to say i went there. also the air force has a limit on hor far you can drive in a day. 500 miles or 8 hours at posted speed limits. anything more than that and i wont be covered by my health insurance if i get in a werck. besides my rig is proven at about 300 miles a day and i dont have the best luck with longdistance drives. also uncle sam has authorized me 3 days for travel. i might as well use all three lol

on a side not. do yall think a couple of these would be good to keep a few gallons of aqua in for the radiator in case i overheat or something?http://www.airseacontainers.com/inde...-blue-207.html

edit i also get extremly bored on long distance trips. i cant stand more than 6 or so hours of highway at a time

Good luck on the move, drive safe, hope you enjoy your new home. Just for kicks, check your radiator hoses and if one looks questionable fix it or have a spare along.

With that list I think you're preparing to move into your truck and travel the country!
