Cooperative. (depending on perspective....) They get blems, seconds, and "test" tires. Same quality, MUCH lower price. I need to contact the one by me, and see what kind of pricing I can get on tires from them... but, they are only open two days a week.

 

The one by me is open Monday thru Friday and they specialize in Mud Terrains and All Terrains which is really nice.
