I'm moving to Missouri.
You may or may not get an EGR code, if it isn't all there..... Why do you want to eliminate it? The PCM expects it to be there, and will advance timing a bit when it 'thinks' egr is open, and functioning. Might lead to spark knock without it.....
Vacuum lines are really simple, one line goes from the intake port next to the one for the brake booster to the control valve for EGR, another line runs from control valve, to the egr valve itself. That appears to be all there is to it.
Does your 4x4 work?
