Ya my truck has the two holes in the bumper for em so i don't know I'm thinking about going to the junk yard and looking under the bumpers of all of them there to see if I can find anything out about that plug.
If you have two bolt holes right above the light housing hole, you should be able to install factory fogs.

Yes: they are pigtailed.

uh hem..being someone who just replaced their bulbs, I can say with out a doubt that they are exactly 37.5 watts.
I looked under my truck last night and didn't see the plug where it would have been, however, I DO have fogs on mine, so it likely isn't in the same place as a truck that didn't have foglights.
BTW, lol ->
Ya if it might be that Dodge put those there to allow fog lights to be added later. Tonight I might have my dad hold a volt meter in that plug and I'll turn on the headlights. Hope fully there will be a reading because there isn't a button on my dash to control it.
Should be a relay in the PDC for fog lamps. (or, in your case, probably a socket, with no relay.....) Fog lamp switch just controls the relay. Headlight switch won't do anything. (aside from kill them when the high beams are switched on.)
Ya I never got around to check the voltage on the plug but I am going to look around for anything that even looks like a relay under the hood or in the fuse box.
