And you thought it was fun with OBD1 and OBD11 for diagnostics and tuning.European governments now want the right to issue you speeding tickets from space!
Of course along with that check your location, your fuel consumption, where you go on your time off, the last time your vehicle was tuned up...need we go any further. I hope when the proposals come forward from our governments to spy on us and control us (as many commercial companies do now with freight trucks and taxis) our answer will be a resounding NO! Coming to a town near you.

Yeah, according to popular theory, OBDIII vehicles will BROADCAST various things about the vehicle, current speed, if the CEL is on, and various other things..... (like, the vin....) So, the cops just set up a receiver, and issue tickets to cars that are broadcasting that they are speeding...... Big Brother is watching.......
