Well done write up. I will add, that the saver will not work on the 241HD TC even though the tailshaft housing is 4 bolt.

How do I know which T-case my truck has?

1500 or 2500 ? you might add that info to your sig and profile. If it's a 1500 you have some flavor of 231 TC. If it's a 2500, you have some flavor of a 241 TC. Either way, get a build sheet. http://www.dodge.com/wccsapp/univers...ull&category=U

Very nice write up.

Made it look very easy so I went out and checked mine, it's the HD version. Guess I'm okay.

Hd version of what? A 231 or 241?

Yeah, wouldn't be a bad idea, keep ALL the information in one place.

I thought the things worked on ALL t-cases that had the four bolt tailshaft housing?
