I was laid up for 2 years with ankle surgerys and got back on my feet . Got a apptment to save some money for a down payment and buying my first house mwahahahaha ! I'm 24 and taking my dodge with me lol closing may 1st ! So happy to not feel like I'm working for nothing just giving my money to a appartment complex .
My house is coming with a 1 year warrenty and the other houses I was looking at in my range didn't and wasn't up to par .
