Starting Problem.
Check continuity of the power feed to the coil from the ASD relay. Also, swap the ASD relay anyway..... just to make sure you didn't get a bad one. Verifying ASD control circuit ground when turning the key on/cranking wouldn't be bad either. Any codes? Does the CEL come on when you turn the key on?
Disconnect the coil, and pull the ASD relay. Set your meter on continuity (if it has that setting.) or, some high range resistance setting, probe terminal 87 in the relay socket, and other probe goes into the Dark green/orange wire at the coil connector. Should be very little if any resistance.
