Default BAD experience with Fastlane Diesel in Cortland NY

Has anyone else had a bad experience with Fast Lane Diesel in COrtland NY? I am in MN and recently had a 2002 shipped- I was told up and down he never lets trucks out the door that aren't 100%- he flat out lied about several things. He sent me the truck with bald tires (said they were new) vibration in the front end (u-joints) told be the interior was perfect but is cobbled together with staples and glue, speedometer doesn't work, heat doesn't work, no spare- he tried to blame this on the shipper- said he put it in the box, they never saw they tire. I never saw a tire in the trailer when it was delivered. Just curious if others have had this issue or are familar with this guy?

File a complaint..... Not sure just who with..... I think you need to get some money back... Of course, buying a vehicle sight unseen is a real crap-shoot....

Sorry to hear about this. I've been looking for a cummins over the last couple months and I've seen his stuff, I'm a couple hours away from him so I would have went there. But, before that I did some research on him on some cummins forums.
I know it's a little too late for you, but if you're planning on filing a complaint here are links to other things I've read about him. I keep these in a bookmark folder, if I see anyone else looking to buy from him.

Thanks for the input- wish i would have found that earlier. I looked and didn't see anything prior to purchase. Still struggling with the guy- he failed to get the truck shipped, after 3 weeks I got frustrated and he told me to find a shipper. I managed to find one THE NEXT DAY (how can I manage that be someone in his business can not??) Anyway- now he refuses to reimburse the shipping charges I had paid him. Won't return a phone call. His only email response to me was "If you wanted a new truck, go to your local dodge dealer. They are 50 grand".

Still working out who all and the best route to report him. Any pointers, let me know!
