I have a 98 2500 dodge ram 360. I have basically 33inch tire on M/T classic 2 rims on stock height. The tires rub a little in front so i decided to just level out the truck. Any info would help thanks.

You can warm that with a heat gun, and re-form it a bit to keep it out of the way. Probably, ANY amount of lift will take care of it under 99% of circumstances.

I have 33's and they never rub, and I have no lift. But they may be balder than yours

When the plastic thing was popped out of place they rubbed sometimes... Maybe take a look to see if they are in place correctly?

Yea I know guys who just tear em out cuz they take up space... or just the back half cuz that's the part that gets in the way.

Yessir... I cut mine a bit when I had the 35's on there.. Then the front part came loose going down the highway and the tire took care of the rest lol
