lost alot of low end and looking to get it back with the turtle but need some help trying to find a place to buy. been researching just either missing something or cant exactly find it.

the turtle sits in the belly of the intake manifold and directs air to the runners.. it 'sposedly creates directional air instead of allowing areas of low pressure which act as a pillow or barrier.. good concept and i'm sure it could work if given the proper research.. but that takes a lot more than some good ol boys making them (which is what happened a while back when individuals were selling them)..
