As of right know I dont really know, i put the clutch fan back on so i could at least drive the truck! The fans are both pulling like they should, but i think it might be that the cfm isnt high enough

Do you have enough power going to them? I have dual 16in. fans and have 2 heavy duty relays going 1 per fan. They are rated for 5500cfm I believe and only time I have trouble is towing my enclosed trailer with the hot temps and having the A/C on. Hope you get everything fixed up I have been in your spot many times and worse off many 2.

I would imagine there is enough power, i have them hooked up to the wiring kit i bought from oreillys, so it comes on at at certain temp!

I feel your pain. I'm debating on redoing my truck from the ground-up; parting it out; or, slapping it back together and selling it. After which I would get a newer truck. I had a guy come out this past weekend to brush hog my property and he arrived in a newer Ford 250 diesel. It was very nice. I've been contemplating moving up into a diesel; however, I am always put off by the prices.
