On my 97 Ram 4x4 360, I am seeing about 16mpg on the highway, and in the city about 11-12mph after my plenum fix, new cap, rotor, plugs & wires and no air cleaner (till I mod my cold air intake on lol). My sisters 2000 Ram with a 360 does 20mpg, seems you can go forever with that truck! and shes not nice to it either!, I thought she was full of $hit getting that kind of mileage till I took it on a 100 mile round trip to pick something up and I only put in like $15 to top it back off.

My buddies 04 Hemi truck consistently would do 14mpg at 55-60mph. Though when I drove that I was always into the gas pedal.

100% city driving most I have gotten is a whopping 8.8mpg. I think it should be much better but thats been constant the last 3-4 tanks.

i don't think a plenum gasket or o2 sensor would help if he is doing 100% city driving with a 4x4 truck. i know any of my trucks drop to about 9 or 10mpg if i do all city driving and i got 5.2L's.
