Power Ram 1500? All wheel drive? Is that a Canadian thing lol? I'm guessing they meant Ram 1500 and 4WD...
Anyway 156,000km (around 100k miles) is somewhat low mileage, but not low enough to warrant a $6500 price tag (about $6600 USD) at least not in my area.
Since it lifted, and looks like it has oversized tires, I'd look into whether or not lower gears were installed, such as 4.56s or 4.88s. Stock gears, big tires, and auto trans isn't a good setup (although in the pic the tires don't look too big).
Other than that it's real clean and looks nice. Obviously check out the normal dodge problems; blown plenum, sloppy steering, trans problems, make sure 4x4 works, etc.

I got my 99 Ram with a trade in of $1000 and i think I ended up paying $5200 total. Mine is a 99 and it had 97K on it. Not the off-road edition either. Id say it is a bit overpriced, but that is his asking price, off him $1000 less than that.
Truck looks ok body wise from what I can see from the pics. I hate the rocker panels, they scream I'm rusty under here. Make sure you look over the underside really good for bad rust. Most of the Gen 2's have some form of rust, especially here in the North East. I can't stress enough to take your time while test driving. Engage the 4x4 a couple of times, make sure it is all working. Check the steering, make sure it doesn't pull really bad to one side. Do a couple of figure 8s in the parking lot, listen for pops and grinding in front end. Make sure that the tranny is running good. Smooth shifts, no slamming into gears. Take it out on highway and get it into overdrive and make sure there is no shutter or hiccups with the engine, after torque converter locks up.
I'm sure a few more will chime in...

If the truck is as clean as it looks in the pictures, everything works and that is safeties and e-tested I think it is an alright price.
Don't worry about the gears since it is an off-road it will have 4.10s and even though people won't agrea with this I find 4.10 to be enough gear for 35 inch tires.
Although in the pic the tires don't look to be that big also it does not appear to be lifted five inches. To me it looks like stock size tires and the factory off-road 2 inch lift. But then again pictures don't always do justice and in person it may look bigger.
I'm not to far away from that truck and I would certainly look at if I had money.
I would definitely try to talk the guy down a few hundred its not like everyone is looking to buy big trucks with these gas prices.

i think its an awesome truck. its an 01 Off-Road edition with the 2 inch factory lift and 4.10 gears. 17 inch rims. its also a "sport" trim (painted bumpers) if that's ok with you.
it looks like the tow hooks are missing.
i don't really like the bright blue color, but that's for you to decide.
if you want a 2nd gen truck, they don't get any better than that. the off-roads command a premium price. buy it. see if you can talk them down some, but buy it.
