If tailshaft bushing is good at back of tranny, there is nothing a tranny can do that should damage transfer case. But not being torqued correctly, and/or missing bolts may create significant risk for failure.

Well the rear was completely rebuilt in 2010.. front axle isn't an issue either.. my driving habits have changed a lot also. We shall see how it works out.

I am just trying to figure out if I wanna do it all in one shot. Or get the truck road worthy and then do the axle swap.. I was originally gonna keep it stock height and do a sleeper type truck but that just isn't goin to happen I don't think lol
