Snow in the Rockies, middle of June....yes, sir.
Had the Nadina forest fire come rolling up on our property in B.C. Quit my job, went north to see what could be done. Got certified as a Canadian wildlands firefighter, this was my fire truck. Chainsaw, axe, 5gal water pack, shovel. Pump would empty 275gal lake water in about 6 min. Three weeks on the fireline, little worse for wear.

FrankieB, RaceFan, Nicraage, thank you, I like it too. We go way back, over 230k mi., lot of work, ton of travel together.
Nicraage, that is an altered 2Gen, with a Jeep grafted on. Pretty f***in cool. You have more in fabrication, suspension and plumbing than I have left in my retirement. What are the seats from, and is that a Hughes intake?

69_XS29L, that is a Hughes intake. Those seats were actually some inexpensive generic seats from ebay that cost about 300, but more than doubled my cost by the time I got them down in central america. We took two jeep grills and stretched it into one so I could have headlights after we chopped about 16" off the front end. It's been under gradual change over the last 6 or 7 years. Started off as a long bed.

Thanks Wildman. I haven't posted here for a while, I had a few months of very limited internet, but I kept lurking after that. How is your beast doing?
I haven't taken it out since I chopped the front, but that changes this weekend. I am also waiting for a longer cable to install a winters shifter.
