It was actually easier than I had anticipated, I stripped the body 100% of all the Jeep components and electrical, and reinstalled 100% of all of the Dodge electrical, pedal assembly, steering column, HVAC system, etc. I shortened the wheelbase by popping out the rivets and cutting the frame on the front side, I took the frame apart and then slid the rear up into the forward section and bolted. Cut the body mounts off the frame and rewelded under the locations for the body. Add 1970 Charger radiator and 1999 Explorer gas tank and done. Easy peasy.

I know opinions are like butt holes, every one has one and they usually stink, so here is mine... those chrome rims look like garbage on your truck, put the black ones back on! And the only time mall crawling SUV low profile tires belong near a truck is when they are in the bed being hauled to the dump.
