Thanks for the complement! I love this '93. The body style is great, and I really love the leaf sprung kingpin front 60 with lockout hubs (no CAD). Easy to work with/on, and all the problems with the 2nd gen front end are not present.

So here are some towing pics... Not the heaviest load, but these bales WERE pretty heavy... So this is considered a "small" load of bales...
Here's the trailer being loaded:
Trailer loaded and strapped:
Not only does the trailer get loaded, but the longbox as well (note also the bash in the door, that's where the deer hit it several years ago):
Like I said this is a light and small load of bales... Gotta love that long trailer, longbox and crew cab! Oh, and that was with the old tires... Now it has 10-plies...

When the twine pops on a bale it gets set to the side to be thrown into the truck bed (usually). Can't have any kittywompus or twine snapped bales on the trailer otherwise it isn't secure enough to load high. While that load is 5 high, our loads are now 7 high and much tighter.
pansies!

Dangerous Texans... Wire is easy to break... and you have to have a special baler to use it... Wire is also very dangerous to handle and dangerous for the livestock. At least when you are using twine should you miss it it won't cause hardware... Much easier on the hands as well :P...
I can't disagree it's more dangerous for the cows and such. And as for the hands, I hauled hay for a friend of mine that uses string, OMG, the string TORE my hands up.
Anyway, back to Rams.
