i find when rearview mirrors fall off you really almost have to pay a professional to re attach them. i tried attaching the rear view mirror in my ramcharger 3 times with 3 different products and they usually fell off within a couple hot humid days.
Your a fellow Canuck, you should know duct tape is the answer!
ha well i put a claim in through UPS so hopefully theyll refund it or something. idk just sucks. expected to have a nice working mirror on my truck today.
BTW has anyones rear view mirror come off? mine did the other day and i super glued it back on but it literally pulled a piece of the windshield off with it?
That's not a piece of the windshield, that's the old adhesive. That's why it fell off, it got too hard. lol Been through this 3 times.

The last time I did mine, I sanded the mount and it fixed it. So far nothing yet. I'm just glad I have the auto dimming rearview mirror, so it doesn't hit the dash and put a gigantinormous hole in it.
could have to do with where you live which is why your stuck and mine won't. since i could not get one to stick i just left it off. its not like i really need it. i got perfectly good side mirrors and i know how to use them.
Texas drops stuff far faster than Ontario. lol
The heat will dry stuff out or melt it. I put mine back up because I like having everything intact. OCD that way.
that is it right there. it is dry down there. up here things are pretty humid most of the time which will not help things dry. my ramcharger didn't have a rear view mirror when i bought it. tried installing the one that fell off the 91's windshield many years ago.
that sucks, the mirror being broken even though it said fragile on the box, and yeah florida is getting pretty hot these days too, thank god I just added 30% tint to my truck, I can feel the difference right away, its not as hot as it usually is when I get in it, in the middle of the day.
