These trucks already have a grab handle on the driver side, it's that thing you hold to make the front wheels move.

 

IMO the use of speed nuts here aren't the ideal thing to use for a medium-high loading application like this. Myself, I used threaded inserts like the factory did. Saves you from having to dremel out two other holes for the speed nuts anywho.

 

Was an option for 4x4's too apparently, mine doesn't have one of those. Just the passenger side A-pillar handle.
