What? The difference between pics is JUST the harness?? Really? That's pretty damn good....... Something I wanted to do anyway.... just moved up on my priority list.

Thank You Sir!

Good for you guys. Here are some wiring install pics for reference. I ended up NOT attaching the relays to anything. I have some other wire in the vicinity (heavy gauge for inverter) that allowed me to safely just zip tie the harness to them. The are just out of sight between battery and washer fluid reservoir.

Note, I have this tendency with wiring to keep extra length, sometimes too much, but whatever. So the bundling may not be to your standards, however, most of it is all in split loom. I still have to zip tie the run on the bottom below the fans, but it's actually quite taught.

Default Fun LEDs

Since there seem to be no more deer stories or other...lol

When I built my bumper I lost the fog lights. The harness went with it too. I went to Pick and Pull to find/yank a harness from a bumper. Well, I can't use it b/c Dodge changed the darn plug setup, go figure! Rarely any 2000/newer 2nd gens in my yards. My thought was to use the existing harness and hook to these silly LEDs.

They are not mounted. Just sitting there for mockup. These were real cheap and I don't expect them to really provide fog-able light output.

Should I just tie in behind the plug for the heck of it till I find the right plug? Would love to get all your flaming ideas.

Well I don't have any close encounters with deer in the Ram, but I have hit 2 with an old Blazer I had.

I was rounding a near blind turn on US-21 in Independence and I saw the deer, it was on the edge of my lane, no traffic coming the other way so I got into the opposite lane and sure enough the damn deer tried to cross the road, was going about 55mph, hit right in the middle of the front bumper, all it did was break some of the grille, didn't dent the bumper or anything else.

We hit then I saw it get sucked under the Blazer.... Roadkill.

Then some months later I hit another down even further down US-21 going to Wytheville, run it over completely, kinda stunk for a little bit, had some hair up around the exhaust...

About 10 years ago we purchased the wife a new car, the day I was to pick it I took her car to work... welps on the way one deer ran out, missed him but nailed the one behind it... slid across the road like a hockey puck, dead as kelsy's nuts. Car needed hood, bumper, fender, door and a good cleaning to get the deer sheet off of it.

I rarely drove that car but of course on the day we were picking up the new one bamm. In any event insurance took car of it.

LED bulbs hardly draw any power, throw them on a rocker switch.

OK cut the plug off and solder, shrink wrap, zip tie and call it done.

Yeah I'm aware of that. Running all my rock LED lights in that manner. I'm just trying to use what's still available at the moment in lieu of running another line/switch.

HAHAHAHA. It shouldn't matter how they are wired right?
