Just turn the ignition on, with out starting the engine....3 times. on, off, on, off, on and on the 3 cycle on it should be flashing you code in the odo....if not, it's four times. lol I forget which.

Thanks right back. OK not to sure if you are going to keep it or not? Keep it to long and it will start to cost you, I am sure by now you have read and read some more on here, these trucks like any other truck have issues. See my sig that's were you need to start, not a penny into it until that job is done and you have the results.

One other question for yall, check engine light is on, PO told me there was a programer(?) on truck that the owner before him took off. Would that make sense that the check engine light would be on? I disconnected the ground on the batt. re-connected, stayed off for a few but then came back on. is ther a common fix for this. have not gone to auto parts to see if/what code it is showing.
it is a daily driver, but i havent been driving it because our jeeps gets better mileage. once the snow starts flyin though it will be driven everyday.

let me know if you want to swap em. i like the looks of them.

found trouble code P0455 which could be something in the evap system or gas cap etc.., would that still be consistent with a tuner / programer that was removed?

Redneck- will let ya know.
thanks all
